Sinclair Television Group, Inc. FCC Form 312 August 2013 Ex. F Sinclair Television Group, Inc. (“STG”), the proposed transferee, seeks Commission consent to the transfer of control of WSET, Incorporated, the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E980337 and receive-only earth station E860191 (the “Earth Stations”), from the Shareholders of Perpetual Corporation to STG (collectively the “Parties”). The Earth Stations are used in the operations of the commonly owned and operated television station WSET-TV (the “TV Station”), which serves the community of Lynchburg, Virginia. The Parties are concurrently filing a Media Bureau transfer of control application, on FCC Form 315, seeking consent to the transfer of the TV Station. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
