Sinclair Television Group, Inc. FCC Form 312 August 2013 Ex. F TV Alabama, Inc., the licensee of transmit/receive earth station E970058 and receive- only earth station E060055 (the “Stations”), seeks Commission consent to the transfer of control of the Stations from the Shareholders of Perpetual Corporation to Sinclair Television Group, Inc. The Stations are used in the operations of the commonly owned and operated television stations WCFT-TV and WJSU-TV, which serve the communities Tuscaloosa and Anniston, Alabama, respectively. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by consent to the instant application.
