The Commission‘s consent was granted on June 24, 2013. An extension request was filed on August 14, 2013. Since additional time is needed to obtain Commission consent to transfer other related facilities and to complete this transaction, we hereby respectfully request an additional 60 days to consummate the above—referenced transfer of control.
