("Sirius XM") by counsel respectfully requests an additional 180 days—until January 24, 2014—to consummate the pro forma transfer of control that the Commission previously approved in the above—referenced proceedings. On May 29, 2013, the International Bureau authorized the pro forma transfer of control of the earth station and space station licenses held by Sirius XM and its wholly—owned subsidiaries Satellite CD Radio LLC and XM Radio LLC (together with Sirius XM, the "Sirius XM Licensees") to Sirius XM Holdings Inc. ("Holdings").‘ Pursuant to Section 25.119 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119, the deadline for consummating this proforma transaction for the earth and space station authorizations is 60 days after authorization—July 28, 2013. The other applications filed for this pro forma reorganization, including wireless and experimental applications, were not granted until mid—June 2013."
