Attachment Application for Transfer of Control of NewCom International, Inc. Earth Station Licensee of E040267 and E050018 Description of Transaction and Public Interest Statement Applicants submit that the transaction requested herein will serve the public interest. The transfer of control of NewCom International, Inc. (“NewCom International”) is the result of an agreement between Jaime Dickinson and Sheridan Dickson, brothers, to transfer Sheridan Dickson’s ownership interest in NewCom International to Jaime Dickinson. Following the transaction, NewCom International will continue to provide the same high- quality services as currently offered. The transaction will not result in any change of carrier for any customer. The transaction will not cause an interruption of customer services or change in rates, terms or condition. Accordingly, the transaction will be transparent to customer and in no event will it result in the discontinuance, reduction, loss, or impairment of service to customers.
