("SMI"), through counsel, hereby provides notice of consummation for the three above—referenced involuntary transfer of control applications granted on February 12, 2013. These applications (with an appropriate waiver request) sought Commission approval for a probate court—ordered transfer of control of SMI‘s satellite authorizations that was necessitated by termination of The Edward W.
