ATTN: International Bureau Re: Earth Station E970058, SES—T/C—20130125—00120 Extension of Time to Consummate Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of TV Alabama, Inc., licensee of the above—referenced earth station, we hereby request a further extension of time, for an additional period of 90 days, until October 7, 2013, to consummate the above—referenced transfer of control application due to circumstances beyond its control. Specifically, under the terms ofhis will, Joe L. Allbritton created a new trust to inherit all of his direct and indirect interests in Perpetual Corporation and Allholdco, Inc. Because the estate has not yet completed probate, Mr. Allbritton‘s stock cannot be transferred to the new trust.
