Ww#c /0W ATTN: International Bureau Re: Earth Stations EQO10272 and E910477, SES—T/C—20130125—00119 Extension of Time to Consummate Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf ofACC Licenses, LLC, licensee of the above—referenced earth stations, we hereby request a further extension of time, for an additional period of 90 days, until October 7, 2013, to consummate the above—referenced transfer of control application due to circumstances beyond its control. Specifically, under the terms of his will, Joe L. Allbritton created a new trust to inherit all of his direct and indirect interests in Perpetual Corporation and Allholdco, Inc. Because the estate has not yet completed probate, Mr. Allbritton‘s stock cannot be transferred to the new trust, Accordingly, the licensee cannot consummate the transaction, and seeks a further extension of time until the probate process is complete and the terms ofthe will can be executed.
