Allbritton created a new trust to inherit all of his direct and indirect interests in Perpetual Corporation and Allholdco, Inc. Because the estate has not yet completed probate, Mr. Allbritton‘s stock cannot be transferred to the new trust, Accordingly, the licensee cannot consummate the transaction, and seeks a further extension of timeuntil the probate process is complete and the terms ofthe will can be executed.
