The proposed transferee of WAWS(TV), Facility ID No. 11909, Jacksonville,
Florida (the “Station”), is Cox Radio, Inc. (“CRI”).

The sole stockholder of CRI is Cox Media Group, LLC. The sole member of Cox
Media Group, LLC is Cox Enterprises, Inc.
