EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the licensee of the earth station license identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from TVPEAT, Inc. (the “Transferor”) to Cox Radio, Inc. (the “Transferee”). The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of the commonly owned television station WAWS(TV), Jacksonville, Florida, for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. An application for the pro forma transfer of control of the license of WAWS(TV), Jacksonville, Florida, has been concurrently filed with the FCC’s Media Bureau. The Transferee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the assignment of license. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest. 3984597_2
