FCC Form 312 Exhibit F November 2012 Public Interest Statement The earth stations that are the subject of this application are currently used to facilitate the broadcast of programming to the public by the broadcast stations licensed to Ramar Communications, Inc. (“Ramar”). Grant of the instant pro forma application would serve the public interest because it would allow Ramar to continue to use the earth station facilities to provide broadcast programming to the public, without interruption in service.
