Exhibit F FCC Form 312 September 2012 The satellite earth stations that are the subject of this application are currently used by television station WTVF(TV), Facility ID No. 36504, to facilitate its broadcasts to the public. This application is being filed in connection with a broadcast application to transfer control of NewsChannel 5 Network, LLC, the licensee of station WTVF(TV) from Landmark Television, LLC to Journal Broadcast Group, Inc. Grant of this application will allow WTVF(TV) to continue to use the satellite earth stations that are the subject of this application to facilitate its broadcasts to the public. The parties to this application respectfully submit that the transfer of control proposed in this application will serve the public interest, convenience, and necessity. 309911
