The sole shareholder of Journal Broadcast Group, Inc. is Journal Broadcast Corporation, whose sole shareholder is Journal Communications, Inc. Journal Communications, Inc. has no shareholders that hold ten percent or more of its voting stock. The following organizational diagram illustrates the proposed ownership structure.
