As we stated in our application, upon consummation, WorldView, LLC was renamed GeoEye, LLC, and GeoEye, LLC will now operate as a wholly—owned subsidiary of DigitalGlobe, Inc. GeoEye License Corp., the holder of the licenses in the above— referenced transfer of control applications, will operate as a wholly—owned indirect subsidiary of GeoEye, LLC.
