Transfer Application of WorldView, LLC FCC Form 312 Exhibit C Exhibit C Response to Item 42b Description of Foreign Satellite Use GeoEye’s Fairbanks, Alaska earth station (Call Sign E970270) has been authorized by the Commission to communicate with the IRS-1C, IRS-1D, and ResourceSat-1 spacecraft, each of which has been licensed by the Federal Republic of India. In granting such authority (See IBFS File Nos. SES-MOD-20001020-02053 and SES-MOD-20040607-00810), the Commission already has found the technical and other requirements of Section 25.137 to be satisfied.
