Exhibit F Schedule A WideOpenWest Finance, LLC WideOpenWest Finance, LLC (WOW!), respectfully notifies the Commission that pursuant to the terms of an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated April 18, 2012, by and between WOW! and Knology, Inc. (“Knology”), Knology and the Knology subsidiaries listed below have assigned to WOW! certain assets, including the following C-band receive-only earth station registrations: 1 1. Call Sign: E070103 Knology of Kansas, Inc. FRN: 0020-1131-97; 2. Call Sign: E070117 Knology Total Communications, Inc. FRN: 0001-7535-57; 3. Call Sign: E970192 Knology of the Plains, Inc. FRN: 0005-8837-80; The assignment of these registrations will not result in any interruption to or diminishment of service provided to Knology’s customers. Following consummation of the transaction, WOW! provides continuous service in essentially the same manner to the same customer base as previously delivered by Knology.
