         On behalf of TrustComum, fac., tproposed transferor ofthe above—referenced carth
station, we hereby respectfully request that the period authorized for consummation of the
license transfer be extended for an additional 60 days, te., until February 4. 2013. The
under ving transaction is currently before the Department ofJustice, the Department of
Homeland Security and the Iederal Bureau of Investigation ("TeamTelecom"). The requested
extension will afford Team elocom sufficient time to complete their review,
