        On behalFof TrustComm, Inc. the proposed transferor othe above—referenced carth
station, we hereby respectfully request that the period authorized for consummation ofthe
license transfer be extended for an additional 60 days, Ze., until December 6, 2012. The
underlying transaction is currently before the Department of Justice, the Department of
Homeland Security and the Federal Bureau of Investigation("Team Telecom"). The requested
extension will ifford Team Telccom sufficient time to complete their review.
