Dear Ms. Dortch:

        On bohalf of IrustComm, Inc., the proposed transferor ofthe above—referenced carth
stations, we hereby respectfully request thatthe period authorized for consummation of the
Hicense transfers be extended for an additional 60 days, Ae.until February4, 2013. The
underlying transaction is currently before the Department of Justice, the Department of
Homeland Security and the Pederal Bureau of Investigation ("TeamTelccom"). ‘The requested
extension will afford Team Telecom sullicient time to complete their review.
