FCC Form 312 Exhibit F Page 1 of 1 Response to Question A.21 Grant of the instant application for a pro forma transfer of control would allow the earth station licensee to continue to operate its business at the high level of quality and reliability to which its customers are accustomed. Therefore, the public interest would be served by approving the application. As described in Exhibit E, there is no substantive change in ownership or control of the licensee.
