Exhibit Ownership of News 12 New Jersey L.L.C. Below is the path of ownership for each of the indirect disclosable interest holders in News 12 New Jersey L.L.C. (the “Licensee”). News 12 New Jersey Holding LLC will hold a 50% ownership interest in the Licensee. News 12 New Jersey II Holding LLC will hold a 50% ownership interest in the Licensee. News 12 Networks LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in each of News 12 New Jersey Holding LLC and News 12 New Jersey II Holding LLC, which will hold, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. N12N LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in News 12 Networks LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of News 12 New Jersey Holding LLC and News 12 New Jersey II Holding LLC, which will hold, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. CSC Holdings LLC holds a 100% ownership interest in N12N LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in News 12 Networks LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of News 12 New Jersey Holding LLC and News 12 New Jersey II Holding LLC, which will hold, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. Cablevision Systems Corporation holds a 100% ownership interest in CSC Holdings LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in N12N LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in News 12 Networks LLC, which holds a 100% ownership interest in each of News 12 New Jersey Holding LLC and News 12 New Jersey II Holding LLC, which will hold, in the aggregate, a 100% ownership interest in the Licensee. The ownership of Cablevision Systems Corporation (“CVC”) is described below. Cablevision Systems Corporation Shareholders Only one group held 10% or more of the combined voting interest in CVC stock as of February 14, 2012. As of February 14, 20121/, Charles F. Dolan and certain members of his family collectively held, and therefore were attributed at such date with, greater than 50% voting interest in CVC. Members of the Dolan family have formed a “group” for purposes of Section 13D of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934. The members of this group (the “Dolan Family Group” or 1/ Cablevision Systems Corporation, Annual Report on Form 10-K, at 29 (Risk Factors), filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 28, 2012, available at http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/784681/000114036112011496/form10-k.htm#i1a.

“Group Members”)2/ as of September 6, 2011 (as disclosed in the most recent Schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission) were: Charles F. Dolan, individually and as Trustee of the Charles F. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1C (the “CFD 2011 GRAT #1C”), the Charles F. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #2C (the “CFD 2011 GRAT #2C”) and the Charles F. Dolan 2009 Revocable Trust (the “CFD 2009 Trust”); Helen A. Dolan, individually and as Trustee of the Helen A. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #1C (the “HAD 2011 GRAT #1C”), the Helen A. Dolan 2011 Grantor Retained Annuity Trust #2C (the “HAD 2011 GRAT #2C”) and the Helen A. Dolan 2009 Revocable Trust (the “HAD 2009 Trust”); James L. Dolan; Thomas C. Dolan; Patrick F. Dolan; Kathleen M. Dolan, individually and as a Trustee of the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Kathleen M. Dolan, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Deborah Dolan-Sweeney, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Marianne Dolan Weber, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Patrick F. Dolan, the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO Thomas C. Dolan and the Charles F. Dolan Children Trust FBO James L. Dolan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Dolan Children Trusts” and individually, a “Dolan Children Trust”), and as sole Trustee of the Ryan Dolan 1989 Trust and the Tara Dolan 1989 Trust; Marianne Dolan Weber; Deborah A.
