The applicants notify the Commission of the transfer of control of BFI Licenses, LLC, holder of various C−band receive−only fixed earth station licenses, from BFI Investors, LLC to CSC Encompass Holdings, LLC. The transfer of other authorizations held by the licensee was subject to prior FCC approval granted on January 26, 2012 in FCC File Nos. SES−T/C−20111213−01451 and SES−T/C−20111213− 01452. The transfer was consummated on February 10, 2012. 15
