Its address is 312 Walnut Street, 28th Floor, Cincinnati, OH 45202-4067. EWS is controlled by the Edward W. Scripps Trust (“EWS Trust”) which owns 89.6% of the EWS voting stock and 24.4% of that company’s equity. No other entity owns 10% or more of the EWS voting stock.
