Exhibit F Public Interest Statement Grant of the instant application would serve the public interest by facilitating the orderly pro forma transfer of majority ownership of the licensee, TrustComm, Inc., from an irrevocable Canadian trust to Robert Kubbernus, as described in Exhibit E. This, in turn, will facilitate the growth and development of TrustComm’s services to its customers. These include, among other things, provision of mission critical communications for first-responders to weather related and other public safety emergencies.
