Washington, DC 20554 Attn: Satellite Division International Bureau RadiOhio, Incorporated (FRN 0003006061) E100111 & E100112 SES-T/C-20170612-00641 Notice of Consummation Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalf of RadiOhio, Incorporated, we hereby notify the FCC that pro forma transfer of control of the licenses of the above-referenced Domestic Satellite Transmit/Receive Earth stations was consummated effective July 14, 2016. As noted in Exhibit E&F, ROI Holdings, LLC ("ROI Holdings") filed the above- captioned application due to the death of its manager, John F. Wolfe, and the succession of his widow, Ann I. Wolfe, to the ROI Holdings manager position. ROI Holdings accordingly has listed July 14, 2016 — the date Ann I. Wolfe accepted her appointment as ROI Holdings manager — as the consummation date for the purpose of this notice. As explained in the application, because the manager’s role is ministerial, no transfer of control of any direct or indirect voting interest in RadiOhio Incorporated resulted from this event; however, ROI Holdings filed this application out of an abundance of caution and to ensure the Commission's records are accurate in advance of filing biennial broadcast ownership reports later this year.
