Please note that the International Bureau ("Bureau") previously had extended the consummation period for this pro forma transaction until October 18, 2011. The Bureau‘s recent consummation extension grant is attached as Exhibit 1. In addition, pursuant to Section 1.65(a) of the FECC‘s rules (47 C.F.R. §1.65(a)), this is to inform the FCC that the transferee changed its name from Liberty CapStarz, Inc. to Liberty Media Corporation effective September 22, 2011. The transferee previously had changed its name from Liberty Splitco, Inc. to Liberty CapStarz, Inc. With twelve office locations in the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia

Room TW—A325 Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: SES—T/C—20110225—00219 (Starz Entertainment, LLC) — Request to Extend Consummation Period Dear Ms. Dortch: The above—referenced pro forma transter of control application was filed in connection with the split—off of the Liberty Capital and Liberty Starz tracking group stocks from Liberty Media Corporation ("Liberty Media®). The International Bureau granted this pro forma transfer of control application on April 21. 2011. Although Liberty Media‘s shareholders approved the split—off transaction at a shareholder meeting held on May 23, 201 1, because ofcertain pending litigation in Delaware, Liberty Media anticipated that it would not consummate the split—off transaction until late ummer 2011... Consequently, by letter dated June 17, 011. Liberty Media respecifully requested a 60 day extension of the consummation period until August 19, 2011. The International Bureau granted the requested extension (copy attached as Exhibit 1). Although Liberty Media received a favorable ruling earlier this year in the Delaware litigation,. an appeal of that ruling subsequently was filed. Liberty Media has requested expedited consideration of that appeal, and a hearing has been set for mid—September. Liberty Media therefore respectfully requests a further 60 day extension ofthe consummation period until October 18, 20L 1.
