00220 (WFRV and WJMN Television Station Inc.) — Request to Extend
                         Consummation Period

    Dear Ms. Dortch:

The above—referenced pro forma transfer of control applications were filed in
connection with the split—off of the Liberty Capital and Liberty Starz tracking group stocks
from Liberty Media Corporation ("Liberty Media"). The International Bureau granted these
pro forma transfer of control applications on April 21, 2011.

Although Liberty Media‘s shareholders approved the split—off transaction at a
shareholder meeting held on May 23, 2011, Liberty Media anticipates that it will not
consummate the split—off transaction until late summer 2011, pending the resolution of certain
litigation in Delaware. Accordingly, Liberty Media respectfully requests a 60 day extension of
the consummation period until August 19, 2011.

With nwelve office locations in the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, South Carolina, and West Virginia
