FCC Form 312 Exhibit 2 Page 1 of 1 APPLICATION FOR ASSIGNMENT OF AUTHORIZATION The requested assignment is due to an internal corporate reorganization of Northrop Grumman Corporation, parent of licensee Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems, Inc. This assignment is pro forma because control over these licenses today is 100 percent with Northrop Grumman Corporation and after the transfer of control will continue to be 100 percent with “new” Northrop Grumman Corporation. There is no change in ownership, officers or directors. The transfer of control is necessitated by Northrop Grumman Corporation being replaced by “new” Northrop Grumman Corporation with a new Taxpayer Identification Number (“TIN”) occurring as part of a general corporate restructuring. Northrop Grumman Defense Mission Systems, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation and will remain a wholly-owned subsidiary of “new” Northrop Grumman Corporation which, as noted above, will have the same ownership, officers and directors.
