FCC Form 312 Application for Transfer of Control Trident Space & Defense, LLC Trident Space & Defense, LLC (“Trident”) holder of a Commission authorization for Fixed Earth Station Call Sign E090026, seeks authorization from the Commission for the transfer of control of all of its membership units from existing members Admiralty Partners, Inc. (“Admiralty”), The Caroline L. Kutler 1998 Irrevocable Trust and The Brendan M. Kutler 1998 Irrevocable Trust to TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (“TCS”). TCS has extensive experience in the operation and management of earth station facilities and currently holds authorizations for Call Signs E000736 and E000669. The acquisition of Trident by TCS will allow for the achievement of operating efficiencies and extend the operational footprint of the combined facilities under the ownership of TCS, thereby improving overall service capabilities. Accordingly, the grant of the requested transfer of control would be in the public interest.
