Exhibit F On December 8, 2008, Equity Media Holdings Corporation filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Arkansas (the “Court”). On December 17, 2008, the Court approved a motion to jointly administer of the above-referenced Chapter 11 cases for administrative purposes. On January 8, 2009, the bankruptcy cases involving Equity Media Holding Corporation and Equity Broadcasting Corporation were consolidated, and on June 21, 2010, the case was converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation, and M. Randy Rice (the proposed transferee of control) was appointed as Bankruptcy Trustee.
