SAT—T/C—20101001—00206, SES—T/C—20101001—01275, SES—T/C— 20101001—01274, SES—T/C—20101001—01273, SES—T/C—20101006—01266 Dear Ms. Dortch: Iridium Constellation LLC, Iridium Satellite LLC, and Iridium Carrier Services LLC (collectively, the "Iridium Licensees"), by counsel, respectfully request an additional 30 days—until January 10, 2011—to consummate the pro forma transaction that the Commission approved in the above—referenced proceedings. On October 1, 2010, the Iridium Licensees sought authority for the pro forma transfer of control of all of the space and earth station authorizations held by the Iridium Licensees. Specifically, Iridium sought approval for a minor corporate reorganization pursuant to which Baralonco, N.V., a Netherlands Antilles entity, will be domesticated into a Delaware entity. On October 12, 2010, the International Bureau authorized this pro forma transfer of control.‘ Pursuant to Section 25.119 of the Commission‘s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119, the deadline for consummating these pro forma transactions is 60 days after authorization—December 11, 2010. The Iridium Licensees have not yet consummated this pro forma transfer of control. In order to enhance the corporate efficiencies of this pro forma change, the Iridium Licensees seek an extension of 30 days—until January 10, 2011—to consummate the pro forma transfer.
