FCC Form 312 August 2010 Page 1 of 1 EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the earth station license identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from Allan J. Block (as an individual voting a 25% interest); John R. Block (as an individual voting a 25% interest); and William Block, Jr. as trustee of the Maxine H. Block Marital Trust No. 2 (with the trust voting a 25% interest) (the “Transferor”) to Allan J. Block (as an individual voting a 25% interest); John R. Block (as an individual voting a 25% interest); and William Block Jr., as Chairperson of the Trustees of Family Trust No. 2 and as an individual trustee of Family Trust No. 2 with Karen D. Johnese, Barbara L. Block, and Donald G. Block as additional trustees and with W. Thomas McGough, Jr., as Independent Trustee (with the trust voting a 25% interest) (the “Transferee”). The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of WDRB(TV) for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. The parties to this application have filed an FCC Form 316 pro forma transfer of control application in the Media Bureau’s CDBS electronic filing system for consent to the transfer of control of Independence Television Company licensee of the TV station associated with this Earth Station. After consummation of the proposed transaction the licensee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purposes as before the transfer. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest.
