This application seeks Commission consent to the pro forma transfer of control of the earth station licenses held by Vizada, Inc. (“Vizada”) that are identified in Item A8 of the attached FCC Form 312. Vizada also has modification applications and amendments pending with respect to these call signs, and wishes to update the record in those pending proceedings regarding the proposed pro forma change in ownership of Vizada.
