Exhibit F FCC Form 312 EXHIBIT F This application seeks FCC consent to the transfer of control of the earth station license identified at Item A8 of FCC Form 312 Schedule A (the “Earth Station”), from Cox Newspapers, Inc. (the “Transferor”) to Cox Media Group, Inc. (the “Transferee”). The Earth Station is used in connection with the broadcast operations of WHIO-TV, Dayton, Ohio, for news gathering and coverage of events of interest to the station’s local community. The Transferee will continue to use the Earth Station in the same manner and for the same purpose as before the assignment. Accordingly, grant of this FCC Form 312 would serve the public interest. 2979785-1
