Akard Street Dallas, TX 75202 Citizenship: Delaware Principal Business: Holding Company Direct Ownership Interest: 100% of BellSouth Corporation AT&T is a publicly traded corporation whose stock is widely held by the public with no person or entity holding a ten percent or greater ownership interest in AT&T. No other individual or entity has a ten percent or greater interest in BellSouth Mobile Data, Inc. 1 The proposed transaction impacts the direct ownership of BellSouth Mobile Data, Inc., and this exhibit describes BellSouth Mobile Data’s ownership post-transaction. Currently, and as explained further in Exhibit F, BellSouth Mobile Systems, Inc. owns 100% of BellSouth Mobile Data, Inc., and BellSouth Enterprises, Inc. owns 100% of BellSouth Mobile Systems.
