On December 3, 2009 the Commission authorized two non-substantial changes to the ownership of the Intelsat licenses formerly held by PanAmSat Licensee Corp. and PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp.: (1) the migration of several entities from Bermuda companies to Luxembourg companies and (2) the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o.2 The Luxembourg migration was consummated effective 1 The licenses previously held by PanAmSat Licensee Corp. and PanAmSat H-2 Licensee Corp. have recently have been assigned to Intelsat License LLC.
