(“PanAmSat Licensees”), by counsel, respectfully request an additional 180 days—until October 29, 2010—to complete one aspect of the pro forma transfer of control of space station and earth station licenses approved in the above-referenced proceedings. On December 3, 2009 the Commission authorized two non-substantial changes to the ownership of the PanAmSat Licensees: (1) the migration of several entities from Bermuda companies to Luxembourg companies and (2) the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o.1 Pursuant to Section 25.119 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119, the deadline for consummating these pro forma transactions was 60 days after authorization—February 1, 2010. The Luxembourg migration was consummated effective December 15, 2009.2 On January 22, 2010, the FCC granted the request of the PanAmSat Licensees to extend the closing deadline of the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o. for 90 days, until May 2, 2010.3 The dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o. remains pending.
