(“PanAmSat Licensees”) by counsel respectfully request an additional 90 days—until May 2, 2010—to complete one aspect of the pro forma transfer of control of space station and earth station licenses approved in the above-referenced proceedings. On December 3, 2009 the Commission authorized two non-substantial changes to the ownership of the PanAmSat Licensees: (1) the migration of several entities from Bermuda companies to Luxembourg companies and (2) the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o.1 Pursuant to Section 25.119 of the Commission’s rules, 47 C.F.R. § 25.119, the deadline for consummating these pro forma transactions is 60 days after authorization—February 1, 2010. The Luxembourg migration was consummated effective December 15, 2009.2 However, the dissolution of Intelsat (Poland) Sp. z o.o. is still pending and additional time is needed to conclude the business steps that are necessary prerequisites to the dissolution.
