("ViaSat") submits this update to the ownership information provided in the above—referenced applications seeking consent for the transfer of control of WB Holdings 1 LLC from WildBlue Holding, Inc. to ViaSat. On November 9, 2009, The Baupost Group, L.L.C. ("Baupost") reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission in a Schedule 13G (passive investor) filing that it owns 14.72 percent of ViaSat‘s outstanding voting stock. Baupost is formed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and its address is 10 St. James Avenue, Suite 1700, Boston, Massachusetts 02116.
