("Cablevision") extension of time, for a period of thirty (30) days, or until December 3, 2009 to consummate the transaction which is the subject of the applications listed below (the "Applications"). The Federal Communications Commussion ("FCC") granted the Applications on September 4, 2009, as listed in an FCC Public Notice issued on September 9, 2009. Unfortunately, the conversion of corporate form described the Applications has taken longer than originally contemplated. Accordingly, the Commussion is asked to extend the period of time by which consummation of the transaction is required to occur to December 3, 2009.
