Re: Notice of Consummation, File No. SES-T/C-20090410-00442

Dear Ms. Dortch:

Rockwell Collins, Inc. (“Rockwell Collins”), by its attorneys and pursuant to Section
25.119(f) of the Commission’s Rules, hereby notifies the Federal Communications Commission
that the transfer of control of satellite earth station authorizations held by SWE-DISH Satellite
Systems, Inc. (“SWE-DISH”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DataPath, Inc. (“DataPath”), from
DataPath to Rockwell Collins was consummated on June 1, 2009. A press release confirming
the consummation is attached to this notice.

On June 3, 2009, the Commission issued a Public Notice granting the application for
transfer of control of earth station authorizations, call signs E030197, E080209, and E080208,
from DataPath to Rockwell Collins. The transfer of control of those authorizations from
DataPath to Rockwell Collins was consummated on June 1, 2009. As discussed with
International Bureau staff, due to an inadvertent oversight, we are hereby late filing this Notice
of Consummation and, as appropriate or necessary, respectfully request a waiver of Section
25.119(f) of the Commission’s Rules.
