Order released on Apnl 9, 2009, the International Bureau approved the above- referenced pro forma applications to transfer control of cert satellte space station and eart station licenses held by DIRCTV Enterpnses, LLC ("DIRECTV"), Californa Broadcast Center; LLC and Game Show Network, LLC, from Libert Media Corporation ("Libert Media") to Liberty Entertinent, Inc. ("LEI"). See In the Matter of Application for Authority to Transfer Control of Satellite Earth Station and Space Station Licenses from Libert Media Corporation, Transferor, to Libert Entertainment, Inc., Transferee, 24 FCC Red. 4110 (Int' I Bur. 2009). On June 1, 2009, the Interntional Bureau extended the consumation penod speified in Section 25.119(t) of the Commssion's Rules (47 C.F.R. §25.119(t)) through September 7, 2009. The Interntional Bureau subsequently extended the consumationpenOd through November 6, 2009. The split-offof LEI from Liberty Media is a complex transaction requiring shareholder approval. Although Libert Media has. been workig to complete the split-off in an expeditious maer, additional time will be required. Libert Media filed a defintive proxy statement and prospectu with.the Secunties and Exchange Commssion on October 19, 2009, and a Special.Meeting of Stockholders hasbeen scheduled for November 19, 2009 to consider Atlanta.
