        Re: WCIV, LLC
                FRN No. 0001694447
                Earth Station Call Sign E910477

Dear Ms. Dortch:

WCIV, LLC (‘WCIV"), licensee of Earth station call sign E910477 recently received a bitl
for an overdue regulatory fee for this license, which it erroneously believed had been cancelled
in 2006 pursuant to a request by the licensee. While researching the status of the cancellation
request with the FCC staff, it was discovered that this license for this facility apparently had not
been cancelled, with the request for cancellation filed in error.

On February 13, 2006, an application to modify the license of temporary fixed
transportable earth station, call sign E910477, was filed with the FCC. See FCC File No. SES—
MOD—20060213—00235. In this application, on the main form, Question No. 18, the call sign of
the facility was inadvertently listed as E910447, although the File No. in Question No. 19
correctly identified the file number being modified by the application. On Schedule B, Question
No. E5, the call sign also was identified correctly as E910477. The station call sign again
correctly was identified as E910477 in the RF statement prepared by the consulting engineer.

Call sign E910447 was originally licensed to Promus Hotels, Inc., which, in turn,
assigned that license to Embassy Hotels, Inc. ("Embassy"). The license for this facility,
however, was cancelled by Embassy in 2003.

The typographical error identifying E910447 rather than E910477 was not discovered by
the applicant or the FCC despite the fact that the license for E910447 had been cancelled three
years prior to the filing of the modification request. As a result, the FCC processed, and
granted, the February 2006 modification for the long—cancelled E910447 lisense and issued an
authorization for the modification to WCIV on March 24, 2006.

In October 2006, WCIV, then believing it had two authorizations for SNG truck facilities
(call signs E910447 and E910477), requested cancellation of the license for E910477, not
realizing that this authorization was the only authentic license for the earth station facility. The
FCC, however, apparently never processed the request.

Since that time, under the E910447 call sign, WCIV has filed several applications,
including the aforementioned request for modification, FCC File No. SES—MOD—20060213—
00235, a request for STA for operation pursuant to those specifications, FCC File No. SES—
STA—20060213—00236, an application for consent to a pro—forma assignment of license, FCC
File No. SES—ASG—20080915—01211 (granted but not yet consummated) and an application for
consent to another pro—forma transfer of control, FCC File No. SES—T/C—20081024—01406
(which is currently pending).

Accordingly, on behalf of WCIV, we respectfully request permission to withdraw the
request for cancellation of license for earth station E910477 filed on October 24, 2006 and
request that this license be reinstated. We also request the applications filed for call sign
E910447, specifically, SES—MOD—20060213—00235, SES—STA—20060213—00236, SES—ASG—
20080915—01211 and SES—T/C—20081024—01406 be associated with call sign E910477.

On behalf of the licensee, we have paid the past—due regulatory fee and penalty of
$243.75 assessed by the Commission for this facility.

Please direct any questions regarding this matter to the undersigned.

                                                       Sincerely,
