Washington, DC 20554 Re: Notice of Consummation, File No. SES—T/C—20080702—00879 Dear Ms. Dortch: On September 15, 2008, the International Bureau authorized a pro forma transfer of control over the earth station licenses held by WB Holdings 1 LLC ("WBH") in connection with a series of transactions that will result in the reorganization and recapitalization of WBH‘s ultimate parent, WildBlue Communications, Inc. ("WildBlue"). See Public Notice, Rep. No. SAT—01069 (rel. Sept. 17, 2008). On November 12, 2008, the Bureau granted WBH an extension of time to consummate the transaction, through December 14, 2008. Pursuant to those authorizations and Section 25.119(f) of the Commission‘s rules, this letter is to notify the Commission that the transfer of control transactions were consummated effective November 20, 2008. In addition, attached hereto is a table setting forth those shareholders who, as a result of these transactions, hold a 10% or greater interest in WildBlue, on both an outstanding shares and on a fully diluted basis.
