("WildBlue").‘ Under Section 25.119(f) of the Commission‘s rules, WildBlue is required to consummate this proforma transfer within sixty (60) days of the grant, or November 14, 2008. However, it appears that the parties may not be able to consummate their agreements by that time. Accordingly, WildBlue hereby requests an additional thirty (30) days, until December 14, 2008, in which to consummate the authorized proforma transfer of control.
