Washington, DC 20554 Re: Pro Forma Transfer of Control of WB Holdings 1 LLC File No. SES—T/C—20080702—00879 Dear Ms. Dortch: On September 15, 2008, the International Bureau authorized a pro forma transfer of control over the earth station licenses held by WB Holdings 1 LLC ("WBH") in connection with a series of transactions that will result in the reorganization and recapitalization of WBH‘s ultimate parent, WildBlue Communications, Inc. ("*WildBlue").‘ Under Section 25.119(f) of the Commission‘s rules, WildBlue is required to consummate this pro forma transfer within sixty (60) days of the grant, or November 14, 2008. However, it appears that the parties may not be able to consummate their agreements by that time. Accordingly, WildBlue hereby requests an additional thirty (30) days, until December 14, 2008, in which to consummate the authorized pro forma transfer of control.
