Vizada, Inc. Withdrawal of Applications to Transfer Control of Vizada, Inc. File Numbers: SES-T/C-20080307-00254 SES-T/C-20080307-00255 By this filing, Vizada, Inc. (Vizada”) hereby withdraws the above-referenced applications. In March 2008, Vizada filed transfer of control applications to allow it to add Vizada AS into the ownership chain of Vizada, Inc. The Commission has not acted on the applications and Vizada does not wish to go forward with the corporate restructuring as was requested. Therefore, Vizada wishes to withdraw the referenced applications and associated application amendments (File Nos. SES-AMD-20080501-00521 and SES-AMD- 20080501-00522).
