Raycom Holdings, LLC EXHIBIT F FCC Form 312 Schedule A, Question A21 Public Interest Showing Transferee Raycom Holdings LLC (“Raycom”), has filed applications for consent to transfer control of licensees of television stations owned by Lincoln Financial Media Company (“Lincoln Financial”). The instant application, and two related Form 312 applications, seek FCC consent to transfer of the licenses of the Domestic Satellite Earth Stations used with those TV stations from Lincoln Financial to Raycom. All of the satellite earth stations are used to transmit programming material or for satellite newsgathering. Transferee Raycom intends to continue using the stations for the same purposes, and in the same manner, as they are currently authorized. The chart below lists the three licensees and three applications for consent to transfer control of satellite earth station licenses that are part of this transaction. Form 315 applications are being filed with the FCC’s Media Bureau and Form 603 applications are being filed with the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau for consent to transfer of control of the Television Stations and Private Radio authorizations, respectively. As the proposed transferee of the TV stations, Raycom is qualified to own and operate Domestic Satellite earth stations for the purposes and in the manner described above. Accordingly, the public interest would be served by FCC grant of the instant application.
