Attachment SES—T/C—2007090501229 HNS License Sub, LLC Condition: The Petition to Adopt Conditions to Authorizations and Licenses (Petition) filed in this proceeding on May 28, 2008, by the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security is granted. Accordingly, grant of this application is conditioned on Hughes Communication, Inc. abiding by the commitments and undertakings set forth in the April 8, 2008 letter from Hughes Communications, Inc. to Kenneth L. Wainstein, Assistant Attorney General for National Security, U.S. Department of Justice. This grant is without prejudice to enforcement action in connection with the unauthorized transfer of control of the licensee.
